GUWAHATI, Sept 16: Six delegates of the Karbi Students' Association (KSA) central committee led by Hanu Ram Engti and Tarzen Hanse, president and secretary respectively met the State Education Minister, Sri Thaneswar Boro at his office chamber, on Friday and handed over a memorandum regarding the problem of shortage of lecturers at Diphu Govt. Sri Dinesh Boro, Extra Assistant Commissioner, Dhubri, Sri Nazrul Islam, honerary secretary, Dhubri District Red Cross, Sri Gunjan Pathak, Medical and Health Officer, Dhubri and the volunteers of Red Cross Society were present in the programme.

The Central Minister was accompanied, among others by the Education Minister Sri Thaneswar Boro, local MLA Sri Derhagra Musahari and the high-level officials of the Brahmaputra Board.
