Aaron Bond, Ph.D, Senior Vice President, Engineering and Fab OperationsAaron Bond is Senior Vice President of Engineering and Fab Operations at Apogee Photonics.Prior to his current position, Aaron was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Apogee.Prior to the merger of T-Networks and ASIP Aaron held the role of Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Engineering at T-Networks.Before founding T-Networks, Aaron was a member of the technical staff at the Lucent Technologies Microelectronics Group developing 980nm submarine and terrestrial pump lasers.Prior to joining the Microelectronics Group, Dr. Bond was a member of the technical staff at Bell Laboratories developing next generation 40Gb/s modulators and detectors.

Aaron holds a BS, MS, and PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, where his research was integral to the advancement of next generation vertical cavity surface emitting lasers, currently used today in millions of datacomm links worldwide.

Dr. Bond has authored or co-authored 46 peer reviewed publications, and 13 patents in semiconductor devices.
