Michele A. Bolos, President

Michele Bolos is the President and founder of Next Tier Concepts (NT Concepts), a Microsoft partner since 1999. She has over 17 years of experience in Information Technology, and plays a key technical leadership role in all of the company’s engagements. Exceptional customer service is a key focus of her business philosophy, and this is integral to all elements of our business. She has a technical background and served as a senior architect and team lead in many of NT Concepts beginning projects.

Prior to founding NT Concepts in 1998, Michele worked as a consultant for API/Wang Global, Mobil Corporation and Talus where she served as a senior technical consultant.

Michele earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1990. She is an Executive Board Member for Gabriel Homes where she serves as the chairperson to the fundraising committee. She is an active member in the Women in Technology women's business owner and girls in technology special interest groups.
