Mr. Boland received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from McMurry University cum laude in 2001.In 2004, Mr. Boland received his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law cum laude.While at St. Mary's, Mr. Boland served on the St. Mary's Law Journal and authored the Introduction to the Second Annual Symposium on Legal Malpractice & Professional Responsibility.

Mr. Boland is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, Phi Delta Phi, and the Order of the Barristers.He is admitted to practice in the state of Texas.
