Mr. Bogle was born in Chicago, Illinois.In 1999, he graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia.Mr. Bogle majored in history and German language and graduated with departmental honors in history.

In 2002, Mr. Bogle graduated from the Chicago-Kent College of Law with honors.He was admitted to practice before the Illinois bar in November 2002.Mr. Bogle is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
