Dave has over 19 years of professional experience in construction and project management.As an vice president in our project management services group, he is responsible for the coordination of projects from the design and development phases through the construction and occupancy of the facility, including the overall supervision and support of project teams, budgeting and scheduling, and administration of project directors and managers.He has also been instrumental in the continued development of Granary Associates' project management policies, procedures, value engineering and project control systems, which have improved the cost-effectiveness of numerous healthcare projects.Dave is a registered New Jersey State Building Inspector, an A.C.I. Concrete Field Testing Technician, and he is a member of the National Fire Protection Association.
