Bernadette Bogden, SPHR

Ms. Bogden attended Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, PA and received a B.S. in elementary education with a major in music and did her postgraduate work at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia.She also has acquired the SPHR designating her expertise in Human Resource Management as a senior executive.Currently, she is the Head of Human Resources for the Summit Medical Group responsible for Benefits Administration, Wage and Salary Administration, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Education.Ms. Bogden has served previously on the Bon Secours and Canterbury Health System Board of Directors in Jersey City as an executive with the health system.She has served on the Putnam Hospital Center Board of Directors in Putnam, NY and also as a member of the National Employee Relations committee of the Society of Human Resource Management.She is a member of several professional organizations including the society of Human Resource Management and the American Society of Training and Development.
