Cairo Corporation has recently promoted Richard Blom, formerly the Director of Operations, to Group Vice President.As Group Vice President, Mr. Blom is responsible for business development and operation of Cairo's Information Technology Services Group.He brings over twenty years of experience in profitability managing line organizations with large Federal Systems Integrators.Mr. Blom possesses strong technical and process-oriented skills.Mr. Blom has extensive experience with IT development programs including the management of an AIS development assessed at Level 3 of the SEI CMM.
