   Mr. Robert Blizzard is a General Manager in Butler's Technical Services Divison. Prior to joining Butler he managed and consulted for multiple operations for three staffing services corporations during the last 28 years. Mr. Blizzard has been responsible for the oversight of VMS programs such as Westinghouse/Northrop Grumman, Allied Signal and Verizon. He has notable experience in turning around losing or stagnant operations. Most recently, Mr. Blizzard was employed by CLP Resources in Baltimore. Prior to CLP, Mr. Blizzard was a Director at OHQ Group, LLC. Mr. Blizzard has a BS from Towson State University.
