   David Blitz of Central Connecticut State University is at the BRRC for his sabbatical leave, 2003-04.He is editing Volume 30, Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, 1957-60.He will also continue to work on the Russell Audio-Visual Project which he coordinates.

   David Blitz is professor of philosophy whose research has focused on history and philosophy of science and problems of war and peace.He is currently editing a volume of the Collected Papers of Bertrand Russell for the period 1958-59 at the height of the Cold War.Dr. Blitz was chair of the CCSU e-learning committee last year, and was a member of the executive sponsor's committee for Vista implementation, the experience of which resolved him to search for open source alternatives such as Moodle.
