   Nic Bliss The Confederation of Co-operative Housing Nic has been a representative of the Confederation of Co-operative Housing since 1994; a member of 20/20 Housing Co-op in Birmingham since 1989 and has worked for Birmingham Co-operative Housing Services since 1995 on a range of tenant and community orientated projects. He was the author of the CCH's strategy document Tenants Taking Control (1988) and a joint author of the CCH research report Tenant Control & Social Exclusion (2001).
   
   Nic is a founder member of the South East Birmingham Community Credit Union, Chair of the Birmingham Forum of Credit Unions, a director of the West Midlands Co-operative & Mutual Council, and represents housing co-operatives on the National Council of the National Housing Federation. www.cch.coop
