   Janet Bliss was the founder and Co Director of Strathcona Theatre Company, and is currently Training Officer for Skillshare International (a development organisation based in Leicester, working in Africa and Asia). Previously in London, she was Chair of Bridge Youth and Community Centre. She has considerable experience as a counsellor and training officer, along with a broad portfolio of voluntary experience. During her 13 years as a panel advisor for Arts Council England, she reviewed an enormous range of funded theatre programmes throughout the country. Janet lives in Leicester.
