Mr. Helen Christine Bliss

Mr. Bliss was a golf professional at Meadowbrook and Mission Hills County Clubs in Kansas City from 1978 to 1983.He moved to Keokuk in 1987 and worked for many years in accounting and banking in the Keokuk area, was president of Security State Bank in Hamilton, Ill., and was accounting/finance instructor for Iowa Wesleyan and Culver-Stockton colleges since 1990.

He was a 1972 graduate of Keokuk Senior High School, attended the Naval Academy, received his bachelor of science degree from the University of Iowa in 1976 and his master's of science degree from the University of Kansas in 1985.He was past president of the Keokuk Country Club and the Keokuk Area Chamber of Commerce.
