   Bryan began his ministry with us on May 1, 2004. Bryan is a native of Chicago, IL and has lived in North Carolina for almost ten years. He is a 2000 graduate of Appalachian State University where he majored in Political Science, and minored in Philosophy. Most recently, Bryan received his Master's of Theological Studies degree from Vanderbilt Divinity School in Nashville, TN, where he studied creativity and religion.
   
   Bryan is married to Michelle, who is a registered nurse. They have one daughter - Nora - who was born on February 19, 2004. Their home is shared with a slightly manic, slightly depressed, and slightly insane dog - Jack.
   
   Bryan enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding, reading, writing, hiking, and pretty much anything else you can do outside. He is a Chicago Cubs and Detroit Lions fan - which usually guarantees a fair amount of smashed hopes each and every year.
   
   In addition to his duties with the church, Bryan is also actively involved in Young Life.
