   Bob joined Stewart Environmental in 1989 with over 20 years experience as an environmental scientist. He holds two masters degrees- one in Industrial Science from Florida State University and the other in Zoology/Limnology from Colorado State University. Bob assists clients with technical and regulatory concerns of wetlands, groundwater studies, solid waste site closure, stormwater permitting, ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II subsurface investigations, and terrestrial and aquatic biological investigations. He is a Registered Environmental Property Assessor and a Certified Asbestos Building Inspector. Bob serves on various committees including the Larimer County Environmental Advisory Board and Colorado Field Ornithologists. He is a board member for The National Audubon Society.

   Robert Blinderman, an environmental scientist with Stewart, met with the commissioners earlier this month.
   
   At that meeting, Blinderman said there were a number of unknown environmental risks - including the contents of the two landfills - on the property.
