   Jonathan Blinderman serves as TVN Entertainment's chief legal counsel, overseeing all of TVN's legal needs. This includes negotiating and documenting licensing, distribution and vendor contracts; overseeing regulatory compliance; working on dispute resolution; and overseeing TVN's corporate governance. He also serves as the company's secretary.
   
   Prior to TVN, Blinderman worked at O'Melveny & Myers, LLP, one of Los Angeles' oldest and largest law firms, where he was a member of the corporate and finance practice. At O'Melveny, he focused on financing transactions and emerging markets. Before that he was an attorney with Moskowitz, Brestoff, Winston & Blinderman, working on litigation matters as well as entertainment transactions.
   
   Blinderman has assisted in the production of various films, including I Love You, Don't Touch Me, The Gifted and Pete's Garden. His community activities include sitting on the Board of Directors of the William O. Douglas Outdoor Classroom and having served on the California Controller's Child Support Task Force.
   
   Blinderman holds a Juris Doctor degree with honors and a Masters degree in Economics from Duke University, and a Bachelors degree, cum laude in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
