Her professional experience includes assisting with the design and development of managed care initiatives in the State of Florida. As the Managed Care Program Director for the District 7, Department of Children and Families, Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Mental Health Program Office, Ms. Blinderman had direct oversight and management of the Medicaid Utilization Management and Children's Mental Health programs.
