   In a statement explaining the modivation behind the new site and its developemnt, David Blinder, President and CEO of Blinder Entities, Inc. said "We are proud of this most recent release. Locals Chula Vistins, would be relocators, concert goers and vacationers needed a site to refer to when searching for Chula Vista online."
   
   Mr. Blinder went on to state that he felt there was an opportunity to fill a void that the local press has failed to address, online media and distribution for the South Bay, Eastlake and Otay. "The big newspaper gives us a "section" and the little newspapers have little or nothing online. Where are we to look or go for information?"
