Highbury College catering student Zara Blight created a huge birthday cake for the Marriott Hotel in Cosham, who requested it in honour of their 25 birthday celebrations recently.
The Marriott approached Highbury to design and produce a cake to feed 250 people, to be decorated with a silver bow and both the hotel's and the College's logos and Zara, 18, was chosen to take on this task.
