Bill Blickhan grew up on a local cash grain farm and graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Agricultural Economics.He has been with First State Bank since 1989 and has over 25 years of agricultural lending experience in east central Illinois.Bill handles all aspects of agricultural lending for the bank which includes operating, machinery and real estate loans.
