   Steve Blickenstaff joined Framatome ANP Inc. in 1976 and has held numerous management positions in Procurement, Facilities, Contracts, and Human Resources. He was appointed Vice President, Human Resources & Facilities in June 2001 and also serves as AREVA, Inc. Vice President, Human Resources for the Americas.
   
   Blickenstaff has responsibility for HR activities for all AREVA companies and subsidiaries in North and South America, including employee compensation and benefits programs, employee and leadership training and development, staffing and workforce planning, EEO, and employee and labor relations. He also manages the facilities, records centers, security, and other facilities-related functions for Framatome ANP, Inc.
   
   Blickenstaff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and a master's degree in Administration from Lynchburg College.
