   Sandy Blickenstaff Sandy Blickenstaff is a Washington County native with sixteen years of real estate experience. She graduated from South Hagerstown High School. After graduation, she gained real estate licensing in three mid-Atlantic states. She has known Gene Albert for many years, and he brought her on board at Creative Home Builders in 1998.
   
   Sandy has direct interaction with prospective home buyers. She guides the home buyer through the selection process by pointing out the benefits of new construction at one of Creative Home Builders' subdivisions, Sterling Oaks, Fountainview, Brighton Manner, and Hawkstone. She lets Pennsylvania buyers know about Willowdale and Country Farms.
   
   Sandy is sensitive to the needs of the new home buyer. She knows that buyers may also want to build their new home on their own plot of land. Sandy does her best to find out what her customers want. She then sets out strategies to help them achieve their home buying goals.
   
   Bringing her extensive experience to the table, Sandy is able to offer a wide array of services for the future home owner. From financing to lot selection, she educates and advises the buyer so that the future home-owner can make an informed decision, one that can bring a life-time of satisfaction.
