   Kale Blickenstaff is an associate at BlickenWolf, LLC.    Working closely with clients as part of their monitoring processes, Kale performs billing and medical record analyses.    As part of BlickenWolf's ongoing work as an Independent Review Organization, Kale conducts annual compliance audits for clients faced with meeting Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIAs) obligations as required by the Office of the Inspector General. In performing compliance audits, he follows specific procedures to assess the client's compliance with CIA requirements including fundamental steps that are to be included in all compliance programs.
   
   Kale also coordinates and manages compliance officer discussion groups in Indiana. BlickenWolf created these discussion groups to address growing concerns and changing compliance regulations and to bring compliance officers together to share ideas, concerns, and best practices. The firm also conducts compliance officer discussion groups in Wisconsin.
   
   Kale graduated magna cum laude from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in political science, pre-law and social studies education.
