   Art Blickenstaff will be the business lending manager for the department, in the credit union's branch at 400 W. Benson Blvd. Blickenstaff has a bachelor's degree in finance and business management and 30 years of banking experience, most recently as a senior commercial/mortgage loan officer at Denali Alaskan. The third-largest credit union in the state, Denali Alaskan has more than 35,000 members, assets of more than $229 million, and offices in Fairbanks, Anchorage and Juneau.
