   Veenita Bleznak serves as Corporate Counsel and Principal in the Philadelphia office, with over eight years of experience working with clients on a wide range of general corporate, securities and restructuring matters.
   
   Prior to joining Katalyst, Ms. Bleznak was a corporate attorney in the Business & Finance section of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she represented clients in the retail, technology, biotechnology, manufacturing, telecommunication and services fields in public and private debt and equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, and general corporate matters.
   
   Previously, Ms. Bleznak worked as a restructuring attorney in the Business Finance & Restructuring group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York City, focusing on large chapter 11 restructurings.
   
   Ms. Bleznak earned a BA in Political Science and English from Rutgers College and received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
