    The founder and chair of the Women of Vision Fund of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, Sally Cooper Bleznak, was honored in November with a national Endowment Achievement Award at the General Assembly of United Jewish Communities held in Washington, D.C.

    "Sally Cooper Bleznak is committed to Jewish values and to the work of the Federation and its constituent agencies," said David Marshall, Federation Endowments Corporation president.

    Bleznak, president of Sally Bleznak Communications, has been a vice president of the Federation Endowments Corporation since 1998, and a longtime member of Federation's Board of Trustees.

    As founder of the Women of Vision Fund, she helped create a permanent endowment fund that makes yearly grants to programs that help women and their families in Philadelphia.

    Bleznak is the co-chair of the Endowments Corporation's Foundation Forum, a program designed for the private foundations community.She has also established her own Lion of Judah Endowment Fund, which perpetuates her annual Federation Allied Jewish Appeal gift.
