BLOUNTVILLE -- Seraphina Jackson Cox Blevins, 90, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2002, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Blountville, a daughter of the late William Henry Cox and Vida Pearl Sanders Cox, and was the widow of Harry E. Blevins. She was a graduate of Blountville High School, attended Virginia Intermont College and was a retired Sullivan County school teacher. She was a lifelong member of Blountville United Methodist Church and was Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star.
