   Chief of Police Blevins entered at 11:00 A.M., and left at 11:30 A.M. At 12 Noon, the Mayor called the meeting back into regular session.
   
   SALARY INCREASES
   
   Mayor Hatfield made the motion that after performance evaluations the City give the City Clerk/Administrator Don Heidrick a 3% salary raise, Police Chief John Blevins a 2% raise and City Superintendent Grant Sechler a 2% raise.
