   Jo Blevins has lived in Somer-set, Kentucky, since graduating in nursing in the early '80s. She and Carter have one daughter, Sydney, age 10 or 11. Her father is 6'+ and Sydney gives promise of probably being 6' or more. She likes basketball. Jo is now a tenured full professor in Pediatric Nursing at the Community College branch of the University of Kentucky in Somerset. Her husband is a dental surgeon. Mark and Chloe (Swart) have been in Saudi Arabia where he has worked as a pediatrician since 1980. Their three children are: Renee, who graduated at Davidson about three years ago, then went back to school for a year at the University of Miami (Florida) and will enter medical school this fall. She has been accepted in more than one school but hasn't decided where to go. Laura graduated at Duke last year, then has been working there in the genetics lab and is hoping to start medical school this fall. She had many extra-curricular activities including being the leader for Out of the Blue, an a cappella girls' group at Duke her senior year, and was in it all four years. J.R. is a freshman at Duke and doesn't know yet what he wants to do besides sing with the Pitchforks, a male a cappella group at Duke.
