Charla Blevins is the principal owner and founder of Dream Creations and directs all the design, marketing and technical operations.Since 1995 she has been involved in the Internet industry as a freelance designer and programmer, working for various clients, small businesses, corporations and independent interests.Her skills consist of programming html, dhtml, javascript, custom cgi/perl scripting, web site building, technical consulting, administration and maintenance.

In 1995, while working for Los Angeles voice-over management agency -- Studio Representatives of America, as the in-house voice-over coach, performance and production coordinator, she also devised and implemented a revolutionary online marketing plan for the agency.Since then she has tackled dozens and dozens of challenging projects, always getting the job done with speed and finesse.

Her expertise in programming cgi/perl scripting has enabled her to produce many online forums, chat rooms, and order and feedback forms for special interest sites.In late 1996, she worked in conjunction with NetHollywood.net in devising an e-commerce cart with live transactions.

With a musical background in song writing, arranging, music programming and production, and additional skills in audio retail and marketing, Charla Blevins has developed a loyal clientele of many well-known musicians and composers over the years from over 10 years of work in the record industry.She has accomplished songs and has worked on the productions of many artists and new artists development projects for record labels such as Sony, Interscope, and MCA.
