Catherine is a native Texan, born in Austin.She and her family moved to Houston in 1997.They currently live in Copper Lakes.She graduated from Stephen Austin Highschool and received her Bachelors of Arts in Spanish at Tulane University.In addition she received her Teachers Certificate and was a preschool teacher for many years until one day she got in an argument with one of her two year old students -- he was winning -- she was taking the argument seriously -- she knew then that it was time to change careers!Family ProfileCatherine has been married to her wonderful husband, David, for 33 years.Together they have 5 children.Their oldest is 30 years old and their youngest being 5 years old!When her husband said that they were going to the adoption agency, she thought he meant the animal pound -- needless to say, to her wonderful surprise they adoped their wonderful baby boy Michael instead!Hobbies and InterestsCatherine`s interest are many and varied.She is active in her church.She assists with the vacation bible school at St. Elizabeth Ann`s Seton church.Reading has always been a love of hers.She has spent many hours needlepointing her family`s heirloom Christmas decorations to be passed down to the many generations that she hopes to follow.Her newest interest is jewelry making.Of course she goes to the gym when she can squeeze it in.Professional Real Estate CareerCatherine began her Real Estate Carreer in August of 1999.Over the years she has represented many buyers and sellers, primarily in the Houston northwest area.She and her husband have been investing in real estate since 1974.Catherine is an Accredited Buyer Representative offering both buyer and seller representation to a bilingual clientele, both Spanish and English.She is Relocation Certified as well as a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.Catherine serves, but is not limited to the following market areas: Katy, Cypress, Houston, and the Greater Houston Northwest neighborhoods.To her clients, Catherine offers excellence in real estate by being a good listener and paying close attention to the needs of her clients.She offers both a conscientious and organized business plan as a way of practicing real estate.
