   A. Valerie Blettner, a 6 year foster mom with TBR, heard about a similar animal house fundraiser from a friend who volunteers with an animal shelter in Tennessee. Fundraisers like this, inspired by the coffee table book "Barkatecture', have been held by lots of animal shelters and rescue groups throughout the United States. Valerie approached the TBR board with the idea and offered to head up the whole thing. She's taken on this HUGE task with a passion.
   
   Q. Who did the funny picture of the beagles building the dog house?
   
   A. That was done by Valerie Blettner, chair of the event, and owner of Grinning Beagle Productions, one of the top sponsors of the event.
