   What was the situation when the Clamecy plant launched a training program? We have had a shortage of workers to meet production shift requirements for some time. Since we're the only chemicals plant in the region, there are virtually no training organizations with specialist skills in our business. So we decided to join forces with four other chemical companies in Burgundy and create a chemical industry equipment operator diploma (CAIC) in partnership with the National Association for Adult Vocational Training (AFPA).
