   Additionally, Ms. Blessing was an Instructor for Penn State University, teaching their evening paralegal program in the areas of Domestic Relations and Basic Legal Principles.As a magna cum laude graduate of Kutztown University with course work in a Master's program for the learning handicapped, Ms. Blessing was a teacher prior to her work in the legal field.Her legal career began as a Hearing Officer for Bucks and Montgomery Counties in the 80's.A cum laude 1991 graduate of Widener University School of Law, Ms. Blessing received the University's 2003 Outstanding Service Award.
