   June 2, 2003 (Ottawa) - ACTA President and CEO, Marc André Charlebois, is pleased to announce that Wim Bless has joined the organization as Director General, ACTA Quebec.

   Wim comes to ACTA with over 30 years of experience in the travel industry. Much of his career was spent at Iberia Airlines where he was Regional Manager for Canada. Wim also held the position of Strategic Director, Marketing and Sales for Royal Aviation, based in Montreal, and more recently has been consulting on a variety of airline projects.
   
   Mr. Bless commented: "I am excited about this challenge. I will be focusing on creating close relationships with agents and enhancing ACTA's profile and activities within Quebec. I hope to meet as many agents and old friends as possible, commencing with events planned for Quebec City and Montreal later this month."
