   Ms. Blencoe has been with FUNDING matters Inc. for over a year. Along with learning the ropes of FmI Ms. Blencoe has been working on prospect research for various clients, helping organize public events, grant writing and fundraising, and most recently working with the Logistix division to plan out vision and strategic goals for clients. Because of her background and education Ms. Blencoe also assists with a variety of technical and organizational projects.
   
   Ms. Blencoe graduated from University of Ottawa with a BA in history with interests in English and politics. She has also received her diploma from Seneca College in Library and Information Technology.
