   Ann Bleiker, spokeswoman for the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association in Colorado Springs, Colo., said it is too soon to spot the immediate impact of gas prices.
   
   Entries are not down at the major professional rodeos this summer. But she expected that some cowboys who are too far down in the standings to make the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas may cut back on their travel.

   According to Ann Bleiker, senior public relations coordinator for the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, the Vold company, in a general sense, is one of the top PRCA stock businesses in the country. She said 25 rodeos per year is typical for the larger companies, but that no company could do many more than that, as some of the events last nearly two weeks.
   
   Of the 77 PRCA stock companies in the country, Bleiker said, only four have women involved in management. And even among those four, Vold stands out.
   
   "She's probably the one that does all of what she does" for the company, Bleiker said.
