Mr. Avi Bleier

Mr. Avi Bleier, who has a wide security service background and is the Director of the Security training department in the Tel-Aviv University, founded the "International Security & Anti Terror Institute" in colabration with Tel-Aviv University's Sport club's Instructors School.

Mr. Bleier was elected as the Chairman and as the President of the Israel Karate Federation in 1984, and holds the rank of 6th black belt Dan in Karate.Since June 2004, he has been nominated as the first "Honorary President" of the Federation.Mr. Bleier is an expert in other martial arts as well, and has a huge security background.
