   Donald Bleich, founder and President of Bleich and Associates, serves on eREI's Board of Advisors.Dr. Bleich is a professor in the real estate department at California State University, Northridge and Director of the Center for Real Estate.Dr. Bleich is an expert in developing models for the real estate industry, particularly multi-family and multi-use buildings, and has refined the statistical and analytic models developed by eREI.Dr. Bleich's training and experience is particularly valueable given his experience as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and consultant in addition to his formal business and academic training with respective Masters degrees in business and statistics and a Ph.D. in real estate from UCLA.
