Starting in 1994, Dolores began volunteering in the Credit Union's Ambassador Program. In 1999, she became a Member-at-Large and served on the Personnel Committee until 2000. In 2001, Dolores was appointed, and later elected, to the Supervisory Committee and later elected. She holds an undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University and a graduate degree from the University of La Verne. Before retiring in 1993, she taught for over 30 years - 27 years in California. She continued to substitute teach for 10 years after retirement.
