Bradley joined Capital Associates as Senior Associate in July, 2003, after serving as the Governor's Advisor on Academic and Economic Development to three governors. He is responsible for strategic consulting, policy development and private/public cooperative ventures, and gives Capital Associates a southeast Pennsylvania presence.
As the Governor's Advisor on Academic and Economic Development, Bradley worked with the public and private sector, from the township level to foreign consulates and developed comprehensive long-term systems for business development, exporting and business linkages.
Prior to his state service, Bradley spent 25 years as a Rabbi for congregations in Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. For 15 of those years, he was also a college professor at the University of Baltimore, Allegheny College in Meadville, and Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He is the author of several books and papers, including Saving the World Entire (1998), A Spiritual Journey, (1993), and "Open Minds and Decision Making" (1992).
Bradley received his B.A. in Philosophy at the University of Cincinnati, and his Master of Arts in Hebrew Letters from the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati. He earned his Doctor of Divinity degree from Hebrew Union College in New York, New York.
He received the Distinguished Service Award from Leadership Columbus and the Distinguished Leader Award from the City of Erie, PA, and was named an Honorary Member of the Senate of the State of Ohio. He was one of three men chosen to participate in memorial services for the 9/11 victims, and is a recipient of the 2003 Humanitarian Award from The Chapel of the Four Chaplains for his efforts as an emergency chaplain at Ground Zero. -
