Ralph has done very well for himself and the country, serving in the AF during 1955-58.He then received his Masters and Doctorate Degrees from UCLA and USC.Like many of our group, Ralph has served as an educator, policy maker, administrator, and corporate executive.He also has the distinction of being a special assistant to President Reagan at the White House.Ralph retired from the US Government in January 1996.
