   Ms. Bledsoe, consultant member of The Schumacher Group, brings our clients more than twenty years' experience with technology companies in retained executive search, customer relationship management, marketing strategy development, sales and education.
   
   As customer service consultant Ms. Bledsoe developed innovative telebusiness programs. For the world's largest computer company she correlated customer satisfaction with increased revenues and originated the design and justification of their first external help center.
   
   As channels marketing manager Ms. Bledsoe created industry-focused campaigns, designed and executed lead generation programs and trained business partner field sales.
   
   Ms. Bledsoe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education at the University of Michigan. Building on this background she has worked with clients requiring customized education and training services. Solutions included human performance consulting, electronic performance support, classroom delivery, distance learning and large scale deployments. She has developed professional and selling skills curricula for many organizations, in addition to teaching these courses to both IT and sales professionals.
