   Sally Blecha Senior Consultant Sally has 20 years of survey research experience as both an internal and external consultant, with an extensive background in training and communications. Her expertise includes consulting on survey content and communications, conducting focus groups, interpreting and presenting quantitative and qualitative research, and developing customized training programs on all facets of the survey process. She has consulting experience with companies such as Bank of America, Ford Motor Company, JCPenney, Conoco, and SuperValu Food Stores.
   
   Sally holds a B.A. from the College of St. Catherine in English/Speech Communication and an M.A. from the University of Minnesota in Business Management Education, as well as Professional Certification in Training and Development from the University of Minnesota. She is also a member of ASTD.
