   Nancy Blecha is the director of marketing for Ceramo Company, Inc., which manufactures and distributes red clay and glazed lawn and garden pottery throughout the United States and Canada.
   
   She graduated with bachelor's and master's degrees from Kansas State University. After completing college, Nancy was a regional specialist for the University of Missouri Extension Service before accepting a teaching position at the University of Nebraska. While at Nebraska, she coordinated a field-based training grant combining the resources of her department with those of the Nebraska State Department of Education. Nancy also served as the Nebraska State Director of a program funded by the United States Department of Agriculture.
   
   She has one son, Mitch, who is graduating from the University of Missouri.
