Lynn Blecha has responsibility for coordinating the delivery of Core Business Services to the Regional Development Centers in North and South America.Among the key business functions for which the Business Operations group is responsible are Business Plan Coordination, Quality Management, Executive Information Systems, Consulting Resource Management, Development Center Operations, and Service Delivery Lifecycle Management.

Lynn comes to Avanade with over 17 years of technology consulting experience, gained primarily at Andersen Consulting.He was most recently a Business Development Director for their Products industry practice.Lynn was previously the Delivery Executive and acting CIO for one of Andersen Consulting's first Business Process Management clients.Prior to that he ran several Sales and Marketing custom implementation projects for consumer and industrial products clients.

Lynn earned degrees in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
