Kimberly Anne Bleakley, an 18 year old resident of Montz, daughter of Cliff & Caroline Bleakley, was recently crowned as the Miss St. Charles Parish Festival Queen LXV.

Kimberly was sponsored by Roussel's Antiques, Gifts & Jewelry and Snookie Faucheux, Councilman at Large Division B. She was also awarded the People's Choice Award, Sportswear Award, and Fashion Award. Kimberly will now represent her parish in the annual Louisiana Sugar Queen Pageant.
Kimberly will be attending Nicholl's State University in the Fall, majoring in Business Administration and later going on to study Mortuary Science.
In addition to being an honor student throughout her elementary and high school years, Kimberly was active in the Beta Club at Destrehan High School as well as Sacred Heart School in Norco. She received numerous awards throughout her school years including T.O.P.S. and "Most Enthusiastic" member of the Destrehan Beta Club. Kimberly is currently a member and reporter for the Sacred Heart Teen Group "S.P.L.A.S.H".
Kimberly will travel around the state of Louisiana to a variety of fairs and festivals representing St. Charles Parish.
