   SIJHL past president Jerry Blazino, who was at Monday's meeting, feels the two teams should be trying to help the league instead of hurt it.
   
   "If they would help to build the league up instead of leaving it, it would work out much better. They say there isn't enough competition but they've been talking about leaving since last fall. How can we get any new teams if the league is in bad shape?" Blazino said.
   
   The SIJHL was hoping to add expansion teams from Kenora and the U.S. for this season but plans fell through. Blazino said they are still working on getting new teams.
