   Warren Blazier serves as both an associated noise control consultant and as a member of the Board of Directors for The Talaske Group, Inc. His expertise in the field of mechanical systems noise control is unsurpassed in the acoustical consulting industry. His knowledge and working experience is based on over 40 years in the field of noise control.
   
   EDUCATION AND SPECIAL TRAINING

   For both Boeing and Borg-Warner, Mr. Blazier directed research and development activities on a broad range of acoustical noise and vibration control projects involving mechanical equipment and systems. Mr. Blazier has served on ASHRAE Technical Committee, TC 2.6, (Sound and Vibration Control) for over 25 years as either a full or corresponding member. During this period, he has contributed to seven successive editions of the ASHRAE Handbook Chapters on Sound and Vibration Control.
   
   During his 16 years as a member of the senior technical staff of the consulting firm, Bolt, Beranek and Newman, Mr. Blazier specialized in consultation on problems concerned with noise and vibration control of mechanical equipment and systems in offices, apartments, hotels, educational facilities and performing arts buildings.
   
   Since founding the firm, Warren Blazier Associates, Inc. in 1978, Mr. Blazier has concentrated primarily on consultation on acoustical and/or vibration control projects involving the design and development of specialized high-tech laboratories production and testing facilities, and the mechanical noise control for noise sensitive spaces.
   
   Mr. Blazier is the author of over fifty technical papers and articles in the scientific literature, and has collaborated on the writing of two textbooks and three handbooks addressing the subject of noise and vibration control in buildings.
