   Russell Blazier Project Manager An east coast native by the way of the University of Tennessee, Russell considers himself one of the many fortunate transplants to the Seattle area. After working with a residential architect for three years in his native New Jersey, he recognized that the burgeoning design climate in the Pacific Northwest was too much to pass up. He has been a designer with Thielsen Architects for the past seven years.
   
   When not at the drawing board, Russell collects old electric fans and other relics, plays soccer, and supports the Glasgow Rangers.
